- This product is provided by Liberis US Inc, whose office is located at Bank of America Plaza, 600 Peachtree St NW, Suite 840, Atlanta, GA 30308 (Registered in Delaware No: 7203441). Liberis’ Revenue-Based Finance is a form of receivables finance, not a loan. Amounts advanced are subject to status and underwriting before any offer can be made.
- This Promotional offer is open to all US eBay business customers (i.e. eBay sellers) who take out a BCA with Liberis.
- This Promotion offers a 10% discount to be applied to the fixed fee associated with the Business Cash Advance (“BCA”) product (“Promotion”). For example, if you successfully apply for a BCA amount of $10,000 and you are quoted a fixed fee of $2,000. The 10% discount will be applied to the fixed fee, resulting in discounted fixed fee of $1,800 (i.e. $2,000 minus $200).
- To take advantage of this Promotion, eligible eBay sellers must submit an application to Liberis between August 12, 2025 and September 12, 2025 (“Redemption Period”) to receive the 10% discount on the fixed fee.
- To be eligible for this Promotion, you must be an eBay seller who attended the eBay Open conference and applied for a Business Cash Advance during the Redemption Period.
- There is no cash alternative to the 10% discount.
- Liberis who is a partner of eBay has no liability for the acts or omission of any third-party including but not limited to eBay in connection with this Promotion. Liberis will incur no liability in the event that the conference is cancelled is cancelled.
- Liberis reserves the right, at its sole discretion to withdraw, suspend, or amend this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate eBay sellers who utilize this Promotion for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- There is no payment required to qualify for the Promotion.
- Liberis reserves the right to not provide the Promotion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or a breach of a customer contract or any illegal or criminal activity including fraud in connection with this Promotion.
- Eligibility for the Promotion does not automatically qualify you for a Business Cash Advance. Amounts advanced are subject to status and our underwriting process before any offer can be made.
- Liberis will process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of Delaware and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
