Scan the QR code on the promotional card (the “Card”) collected from Liberis (defined below) at eBay Open 2026 in the UK (the “Event”) then apply for a Merchant Cash Advance or MCA (the “Product”), which is also known as Liberis’s BCA, through eBay offer portal as redirected by the QR code or here.
A sales representative or Liberis’s representative (each a “Representative”) will be in contact in due course upon receipt of an application for the Product.
Share the Use code (“Use Code”) on the Card with the Representative when prompted in due course.

This Product is provided by Liberis Limited (“Liberis”), Scale Space Building, Ground Floor, 58 Wood Lane London, W12 7RZ (UK company number: 05654231). Liberis’ BCA or Business Cash Advance is a form of receivables finance not a loan. Liberis is not authorised or regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Financial Ombudsman Service will not be able to consider a complaint about Liberis. Amounts advanced are subject to status and our underwriting process before any offer can be made. Any applicant of the Product will be expected to operate its business in a way that ensures Liberis receives a minimum monthly amount of up to 3% of the total amount owed to Liberis.
The Promotion is only made to an eligible eBay business customer (an “eBay Seller”) who attends the Event, collects an original copy of the Card in person and eventually makes a successful application for the Product with Liberis.
The Promotion offers a 10% discount to be applied to the fixed fee associated with the Product (the “Promotion”). For example, if an eligible eBay Seller successfully applies for the Product with a total amount of GBP10,000 and is quoted a fixed fee of GBP2,000. The 10% discount will be applied to the fixed fee, resulting in discounted fixed fee of GBP1,800 (i.e. GBP2,000 minus GBP200).
To take advantage of the Promotion, an eligible eBay Seller must attend the Event in person then submit an online application by scanning the QR code and sharing the Use Code on a Card to Liberis between 16 September 2026 and 23 September 2026 (“Redemption Period”) to be eligible to receive the 10% discount on the fixed fee.
There is no cash alternative to the 10% discount.
Liberis who is a partner of eBay has no liability for the acts or omission of any third parties including but not limited to eBay in connection with the Promotion. Liberis will incur no liability if Event is cancelled.
Liberis reserves the right, at its sole discretion to withdraw, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Liberis, its personnel, agents, employees or representatives (“Liberis Parties”) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate eBay Sellers who utilise the Promotion for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up thePromotion except where it is caused by the gross negligence of Liberis and/or any Liberis Parties. Any eBay Seller’s statutory rights are not affected.
There is no payment required to qualify for or redeem the Promotion.
Only the holder of the original copy of a card may be eligible to redeem the Promotion according to these online T&Cs, which shall prevail and control in the event of conflict or discrepancy between these Online T&Cs and any other terms relating to the Promotion. A Card holder must not share a duplicate of the Card with anyone else resulting in any other applications to the Product by using the same QR Code and Use Code as set out in the Card.
Liberis reserves the right to not provide the Promotion if it reasonably believes that an eligible eBay Seller has been committed a breach of these Online T&Cs , a breach of any other terms and conditions with Liberis, or involved in any illegal or criminal activity including fraud.
Eligibility for the Promotion does not automatically guarantee a successful outcome of any eBay Seller’s application for the Product. Any offer of the amount to be advanced to the relevant eBay Seller following a successful application is subject to Liberis’s usual application process and checks before any offer can be made to the successful applicant. Any funds can only be released to the successful applicant upon conclusion of a contract between Liberis and the successful applicant.

These Online T&Cs and any terms and conditions on the Card are governed by and interpreted under the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
