Welcome! We're excited to partner with you. Now that your agreement is signed, here's a quick guide to the key things you need to know to keep everything running smoothly.

Split payments
- We'll automatically collect the Split (the agreed percentage) from your card payments until we've received the full Purchased Amount.
Keep Us Informed
- Let us know right away if anything happens that could affect your revenue or ability to generate payments through your Payment Processor. We're here to help - early communication is always better than surprises.
- Tell us if you'll be closing for more than 7 days. If you don’t notify us of this and we don’t receive any payments, we will reach out and ask you to provide us with financial information.
Maintain Your Business As Usual
- Continue operating your business consistently with how you've operated in the past. Don't sell, close, or transfer your business or change your business structure.
- Keep accepting payments through your current Payment Processor. Don't change your payment processor or processing terminal without our written consent.
- If you fail to maintain the above, this is a serious breach of your contract.
Your Minimum Monthly Amount - for non-US/Canadian customers only
- Although we expect your Split payments to far exceed this, you must operate your business to ensure we receive at least the Minimum Monthly Amount each month. If we don't receive the minimum for 3 consecutive months, or the total minimums in any 6-month period, this is a serious breach of your contract.
