January 2026 – Incentive terms and conditions

• These are the terms and conditions related to the Incentive (“Incentive”) being operated by Liberis (as defined below) to receive a $50 eBay gift card (the “Reward”) following the completion of an interview where you share your experience as an eBay seller, having taken out a Flexible Cash Advance. This Incentive is subject to the following provisions:

  1. In these terms and conditions and any related marketing or other material, ‘Liberis’ refers to Liberis US, Inc. a Delaware company, whose office is located at 600 Peachtree St NW, Suite 840, Atlanta, GA 30308 ("Liberis")
  2. This incentive is open to all US eBay sellers who have taken out a Flexible Cash Advance with Liberis.
  3. A maximum of 10 eBay sellers will be accepted for interviews and receive the Reward.
  4. This Incentive is open between January 21st, 2026, and January 28th, 2026. (“Entry Period”).
  5. To receive the $50 eBay gift card, eligible eBay sellers must book and complete the 30-45 minutes interview during the Entry Period.
  6. To be eligible for this Incentive, you must be an eBay seller who has taken out a Flexible Cash Advance and booked and completed an interview during the Entry Period. 
  7. Liberis will send the entrants the Reward within 30 days of the end of the Entry Period. The Reward will be sent by email.
  8. There is no cash alternative to the Reward and the Reward cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  9. Liberis reserves the right to replace the Reward with an alternative reward of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  10. The $50 Gift Card is provided by eBay who is a partner of Liberis. The Incentive is presented by Liberis and is in no way sponsored or endorsed by eBay. eBay’s own terms and conditions apply to the Gift Card. Liberis has no liability for the acts or omission of any third-party including, but not limited to, eBay in connection with this Incentive. Liberis will incur no liability in the event eBay fails to make the Reward available or delays providing the Reward.
  11. Liberis reserves the right, at its sole discretion to withdraw, suspend, or amend this Incentive at any time without prior notice.
  12. Insofar as is permitted by law, Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate eBay sellers who utilize this Incentive for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Incentive except where it is caused by the negligence of Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  13. There is no payment required to book the interview or to qualify for the Incentive.
  14. Liberis reserves the right to not provide the Incentive if it has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or a breach of a customer contract or any illegal or criminal activity including fraud in connection with this Incentive.
  15. Liberis will process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
  16. The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of Delaware and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
