June/July 2026 – Deliveroo UK Merchant Research Incentive Terms and Conditions

• These are the terms and conditions related to a research incentive being operated by Liberis Limited, company number 05654231 (“Liberis”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

  Under this incentive, eligible Deliveroo merchants in the United Kingdom who are invited by Liberis to take part in a research interview and who book and complete a qualifying 45–60 minute research interview with Liberis during the Entry Period will receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card (the “Incentive”). This is subject to the provisions below.

  1. In these terms and conditions and any related marketing or other material, “Liberis” refers to Liberis Limited, company number 05654231.
  2. This Incentive is open only to UK-based Deliveroo merchants who:
     1. have received a Liberis email inviting them to book a research interview;
     2. are a business owner, director, manager or other authorised representative of the invited business; and
     3. are aged 18 or over.
  3. This Incentive is open from 29th June 2026 to 3rd July 2026 inclusive (the “Entry Period”).
  4. To qualify for the Incentive, you must:
     1. book a research interview with Liberis using the link provided in the invitation email;
     2. attend and complete a 45–60 minute research interview with Liberis during the Entry Period; and
     3. participate in the research interview in good faith.
  5. Participants may decline to answer any individual question during the research interview. Eligibility for the Incentive is not dependent on giving any particular answer, opinion or feedback.
  6. Subject to these terms and conditions, the first 5 eligible participants who complete a qualifying research interview during the Entry Period will receive the Incentive.
  7. Only one Incentive is available per business. Duplicate bookings, repeat interviews or multiple participants from the same business will not be eligible for additional Incentives unless Liberis confirms otherwise in writing.
  8. Liberis will send the Incentive to eligible participants within 14 days of the qualifying research interview being completed. The Incentive will be sent to the email address associated with the participant’s Liberis account, or to another email address provided for this purpose if requested by Liberis.
  9. The Incentive is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
  10. Liberis reserves the right to substitute the Incentive with an alternative of equal value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
  11. The Incentive is an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card and is available to use on the official Amazon.co.uk website, subject to Amazon’s own gift card terms and conditions. Liberis is not affiliated with Amazon and Amazon is not a sponsor or administrator of this Incentive. Liberis has no liability for the acts or omissions of Amazon in connection with the use, availability, redemption or operation of the Incentive.
  12. Deliveroo is not a sponsor or administrator of this Incentive. This Incentive is operated by Liberis only.
  13. Insofar as is permitted by law, Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Incentive, except where it is caused by the negligence of Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  14. There is no entry fee to participate in this Incentive.
  15. Liberis reserves the right not to provide the Incentive if it has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been:
  16. a breach of these terms and conditions;
  17. fraudulent, misleading or abusive behaviour in connection with this Incentive;
  18. a duplicate or ineligible entry; or
  19. illegal or criminal activity in connection with this Incentive.
  20. Liberis may process personal information provided in connection with the research interview and the administration of the Incentive. Liberis will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  21. If the research interview is to be recorded, Liberis will inform the participant before recording and will only record the interview where appropriate consent or another valid lawful basis applies.
  22. Liberis reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the Incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
  23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
