March 2026 - eBay USA Research Incentive Terms and Conditions

• These are the terms and conditions related to a research incentive being operated by Liberis US, Inc. a Delaware company, whose office is located at 999 Peachtree St NE, Suite 300 and 400, Atlanta, GA 30309 (”Liberis”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

  Under this incentive, the first 10 eligible US eBay sellers who book and complete a research call with Liberis during the Entry Period will receive a $50 eBay Gift Voucher (the “Incentive”). This is subject to the following provisions:

  1. In these terms and conditions and any related marketing or other material, ‘Liberis’ refers to Liberis US, Inc.
  2. This Incentive is open only to invited US eBay sellers who have received a Liberis email inviting them to book a research call.
  3. This Incentive is open from March 9, 2026 to March 23, 2026 inclusive (the “Entry Period”).
  4. To qualify for the Incentive, you must:
     1. book a research call with Liberis using the link provided in the invitation email;
     2. complete the research call during the Entry Period; and
     3. answer all applicable questions during the research call.
  5. Subject to these terms and conditions, the first 10 eligible participants who complete a qualifying research call during the Entry Period will receive the Incentive.
  6. Liberis will send the Incentive to eligible participants within 7 days of the qualifying research call being completed. The Incentive will be sent to the email address associated with your Liberis account, or to another email address provided for this purpose if requested by Liberis.
  7. The Incentive is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
  8. Liberis reserves the right to substitute the Incentive with an alternative of equal value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
  9. The Incentive is provided by EBAY INC. and available to use on the official EBAY INC. website. Liberis is not an affiliate of EBAY INC. and EBAY INC.’s own terms and conditions apply. Liberis has no liability for the acts or omission of any third-party including, but not limited to, EBAY INC. in connection with this Incentive. Liberis will incur no liability in the event EBAY INC. fails to make the Incentive available or delays providing the Incentive.
  10. Insofar as is permitted by law, Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Incentive except where it is caused by the negligence of Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  11. There is no entry fee to partake in this Incentive.
  12. Only one research call per customer is eligible for the Incentive, duplicate entries will not be accepted and will lead to disqualification from the Incentive.
  13. Liberis reserves the right to not provide the Incentive if it has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or a breach of the customer contract or any illegal or criminal activity including fraud in connection with this offer.
  14. Liberis will process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
  15. Liberis reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
  16. The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of Delaware and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
