Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

• These are the terms and conditions related to a prize draw (“Prize Draw”) being operated by Liberis (as defined below) to win a $500 eBay Gift Card following the completion of a survey. This Prize Draw is subject to the following provisions:

  1. In these terms and conditions and any related marketing or other material, ‘Liberis’ refers to Liberis US, Inc. a Delaware company, whose office is located at 999 Peachtree St NE, Suite 300 and 400, Atlanta, GA 30309 ("Liberis")

  2. This Prize Draw is open to all US eBay customers of Liberis who have completed the 'Tariff Survey 2025’ sent on June 23rd, 2025.

  3. This Prize Draw is open between June 23rd, 2025, and July 1st, 2025. (“Entry Period”).

  4. To be entered into the Prize Draw, you must answer all questions in the survey during the Entry Period.

  5. Subject to these terms and conditions, each eligible customer shall be permitted entry into a prize draw to win a $500 eBay Gift Card (“Prize”).

  6. There is only 1 Prize available.

  7. The winner will be randomly selected from the eligible Prize Draw entrants by random drawing from among all eligible entries made during the Entry Period of June 23rd, 2025, and July 1st, 2025.

  8. Liberis will notify the selected Prize winner by email no later than July 8th, 2025.

  9. Liberis will send the winner the Prize within 30 days of the Prize draw taking place. The Prize will be sent by email.

  10. There is no cash alternative to the Prize and the Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  11. Liberis reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

  12. If following Liberis’ commercially reasonable efforts, a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited. Liberis reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner by random selection in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  13. The $500 Gift Card is provided by eBay who is a partner of Liberis. The Prize Draw is presented by Liberis and is in no way sponsored or endorsed eBay. eBay’s own terms and conditions apply to the Gift Card. Liberis has no liability for the acts or omission of any third-party including, but not limited to, eBay in connection with this Prize Draw. Liberis will incur no liability in the event eBay fails to make the Prize available or delays providing the Prize.

  14. Insofar as is permitted by law, Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  15. There is no purchase necessary or entry fee to enter this Prize Draw.

  16. Only one entry per customer, duplicate entries will not be accepted and will lead to disqualification from the Prize Draw.

  17. The odds of winning are 1 in 8,000 based on the estimated number of possible entries. The number of entries may vary, and actual odds may differ depending on the number of eligible entries received.

  18. Liberis reserves the right to not provide the Prize if it has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or a breach of the customer contract or any illegal or criminal activity including fraud in connection with this offer.

  19. Liberis will process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.

  20. Liberis reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

  21. The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of Delaware and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
