US October 2025 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

• These are the terms and conditions related to a prize draw (“Prize Draw”) being operated by Liberis (as defined below) to win a £500 eBay voucher or equivalent in your local currency following completion of a survey. This Prize Draw competition is subject to the following provisions:

  1. In these terms and conditions and any related marketing or other material, ‘Liberis’ refers to Liberis Limited (Company No. 05654231).
  2. This competition is open to active Liberis customers who have obtained funding in the past 24 months.
  3. This competition is open between 12am GMT on October 13^th 2025 until 12pm GMT on October 31^st 2025 (“Entry Period”).
  4. To be entered into the Prize Draw, you must answer all questions and provide the valid email address which is linked to your Liberis profile during the Entry Period. By completing the survey, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  5. Subject to these terms and conditions, each eligible customer shall be permitted entry into a prize draw to win a £500 eBay voucher or equivalent in your local currency (“Prize”).
  6. There is only one prize available.
  7. The winner will be randomly selected from the eligible Prize Draw entrants by a computer generated random picker (https://www.randompicker.com/) on November 3^rd
  8. Liberis will notify the selected winner on November 3^rd by email.
  9. Liberis will send the winner the Prize within 30 days of the Prize Draw taking place. The Prize will be sent by email.
  10. There is no cash alternative to the Prize and the Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  11. Liberis reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  12. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with eBay. Liberis is not an affiliate of eBay. eBay's own terms and conditions apply to the use of any vouchers.
  13. Insofar as is permitted by law, Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  14. There is no entry fee to enter this Prize Draw.
  15. Only one entry per customer, duplicate entries will not be accepted and will lead to disqualification from the Prize Draw.
  16. Liberis reserves the right not to provide the Prize if it has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or a breach of the customer contract or any illegal or criminal activity including fraud in connection with this Prize Draw.
  17. Liberis will process your personal information as set out in the Liberis Privacy Policy (https://www.liberis.com/privacy-policy).
  18. Liberis reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  19. The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
