The Liberis Group team sits across two UK offices and one US office. We are truly passionate about growth, and not only the growth of our customers and our business, but of our employees too. So for any team members looking to progress in their role, we run a variety of initiatives to support that development; from lunch and learn sessions, to peer mentoring and formal training courses. For those looking to kick-start their careers we also participate in apprenticeships and graduate programmes.

I have been collaborating with the IT team whilst carrying out my usual  finance/ operational tasks - epitomising the term Fintech! I have been supported by my managers and Liberis as a company to pursue my passion of developing my IT and programming skills with real world implementation and application.

Wellbeing offering (Time to Change)

Here at Liberis Group we are actively dedicated to supporting the physical, mental and financial wellbeing of our team. In order to do so, we’ve developed a broad wellbeing programme for all employees which ranges from reducing the cost of health services, promoting company-wide bike rides and runs, offering salary sacrifice plans for big purchases, and of course training our team of Mental Health Champions - not to mention, much much more.
