You’re seeing this page because you’re an eBay seller who may be eligible for a promotional reward from Liberis. eBay is not the sponsor of the reward and is not the administrator or fulfiller of this promotion. These are the terms and conditions related to a Promotional Reward being operated by Liberis (as defined below) for eBay sellers who apply for a Business Cash Advance (“BCA”) in the amount of over $50,000 between November 10, 2025 and December 31, and are approved and funded during this period (the "Promotion Period".) All cash back rewards are calculated and fulfilled solely by Liberis.

2. A sales representative will reach out to you to confirm your offer.
3. Mention the 20% cashback promotion to your sales representative.
4. Once you have accepted the funding, your cash back offer will be applied directly to your linked eBay bank account within three weeks.

Liberis’ Revenue-Based Finance is a form of receivables finance, not a loan. Amounts advanced are subject to status and underwriting before any offer can be made. 
2. This Promotional offer is open to all US-based eBay business sellers who (i) apply to Liberis for a BCA during the Promotion Period, (ii) are approved, and (iii) are funded by Liberis during the Promotion Period. Limit one reward per eBay seller account and per taxpayer identification number.
3. This Promotion offers a 20% cash back reward to be returned to the seller is calculated from the fixed fee associated with the Business Cash Advance (“BCA”) product (“Promotion”). 
4. To take advantage of this Promotion, eligible eBay sellers must submit an application to Liberis between November 10, 2025 and December 31, 2025 and be approved and funded by Liberis during the Promotion Period. A grace period of 30 days will be granted to those who apply during the Promotion Period but are funded thereafter.
5. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must be an eBay seller who applies for a BCA during the Promotion Period and is approved and funded by Liberis during the Promotion Period.
6. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the reward is permitted.
7. Liberis who is a partner of eBay has no liability for the acts or omission of any third-party including but not limited to eBay in connection with this Promotion. Liberis will incur no liability in the event that the Promotion is cancelled. eBay is not the administrator or fulfiller of this Promotion and makes no representations regarding Liberis's products or this Promotion. By Participating, you release eBay Inc., its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liability, or damages arising out of or related to this Promotion, except to the extent caused by eBay's willful misconduct.
8. Liberis reserves the right, at its sole discretion to withdraw, suspend, or amend this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
9. Insofar as is permitted by law, Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate eBay sellers who utilize this Promotion for any loss, damage or personal injury occurring as a result of taking up the  Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence, or willful misconduct of Liberis, its agents, employees or representatives. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. There is no payment required to qualify for the Promotion. Promotion is contingent on BCA approval and utilization.
11. Liberis reserves the right to not provide the Promotion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or a breach of a customer contract or any illegal or criminal activity including fraud in connection with this Promotion. Liberis may revoke or recover a reward if the BCA funding is rescinded, unwound, or refunded, or if Liberis reasonably determines that the Promotion was abused, misused, or obtained in error.
12. Eligibility for the Promotion does not automatically qualify you for a Business Cash Advance. Amounts advanced are subject to status and our underwriting process before any offer can be made.
13. Liberis will process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy. In connection with this Promotion, eBay may share limited seller account information with Liberis to verify eligibility and status, as described in the eBay User Privacy Notice.
14. The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of Delaware and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware. The eBay User Agreement governs any use of eBay services.
